Customs regulations are changing: your Savin’ app is adapting
New customs requirements are now in effect.
As a result, the Savin’ app has been updated to remain fully compliant with these regulations.
This update ensures your tax refund requests stay compliant, while preserving a simple and convenient user experience.
What’s changing?
Thanks to the agreement we have with these stores, Savin' automatically generates the invoice for you.
No additional steps required on your part.
The receipt is enough!
For purchases made online, you must now provide a purchase order + an invoice issued in Savin’s name and with Savin’s details.
The purchase order must include: order number, purchase date, the store’s name and full address, and the total amount including VAT of the items ordered.
Depending on the retailer, this document may also be called an order summary (Veepee), an order confirmation (Amazon), an order receipt, etc., as long as it includes all the required information.
These documents are essential for Customs to validate your tax-free purchase.
Purchase order + invoice in Savin’s name
The changes primarily concern the purchase receipts required to process your tax refund request with Savin’.
For purchases made at non-partner stores or online, you will now need to provide both the receipt and an invoice issued to Savin's address (11 Chemin de l’Industrie, 06110 Le Cannet).
These documents are essential for your tax refund request to be validated by Customs.
